Shipping costs and delivery times within Germany:
Standard shipping
The costs for standard parcel shipping are as follows 4,90 € per order.
From 69 € shopping cart value we deliver free of shipping costs.
The delivery time is 1-3 working days after dispatch.
Express shipping
Delivery Tuesday - Friday
The costs for express delivery are 30,00 € per order.
Collection from our warehouse in Garching near Munich
If you have selected the shipping method "self-collection" when placing your order, you can collect the goods from our warehouse and Wundermix-showroom in Garching near Munich (Dirnismaning 34 D) free of charge and usually on the day of your order. You will receive an e-mail from us after receiving your order and can let us know when you would like to collect the goods. Please only come by to collect the goods after making an appointment, as otherwise we cannot guarantee that the ordered goods will be ready for you to collect.

* Shipping costs are shown in gross. For orders abroad (non-EU), shipping costs are calculated less taxes according to § 4 No. 1a UStG.
Which shipping service provider delivers my goods?
The goods are shipped either via DHL or DHL Express. This can be selected at the end of the ordering process for parcels with a shipping address in Germany.
Please refer to the price tables above to find out which service provider will be used to ship your parcel to your home.
Island deliveries in Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal and France are usually also shipped with DHL for shipping.
However, if your order is to be sent to a Packstation, post office or a German island, delivery with DHL is guaranteed. Orders to Packstations cannot be sent by express delivery and can only be sent within Germany.
When will my goods be delivered?
The delivery time for immediately available items within Germany is usually 1-3 working days. During the pre-Christmas period, delivery times for immediately available items are 2-5 working days.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Items from orders received by 1 p.m. and for which express delivery has been selected will be delivered by 6 p.m. on the next working day. Items from orders received after 1 p.m. for which express delivery has been selected will be delivered by 6 p.m. on the working day after next. We will point out any deviating delivery times on the respective product page. Items with different delivery times cannot be delivered by express.
The delivery period begins when the order is sent. If you choose the payment method prepayment, the period only begins with the receipt of the full payment on our account. Express delivery is not possible when choosing the prepayment payment method.
